President:
Victoria Loe Hicks
Victoria is a freelance writer. She is a former senior writer and policy analyst for the Foundation of Community Empowerment, a former Dallas Morning News editorialist and Pulitzer Prize winning reporter, as well as an artist and playwright.
Vice President: Fran Tynan
Fran is a retired hospice chaplain who has a background in corporate management training
and organizational development consulting.
Secretary: Judy Womack
Judy is a Professional Life Coach and a Certified NLP Practitioner.
Treasurer: Dan Nye
Dan is a Senior Vice President at Northstar Bank of TX and has been employed in the field of commercial banking for 27 years.
Board member: Janet C. Davis
Janet and her husband Wyatt own a management consulting firm for nonprofit organizations, specializing in strategy, operations, and fundraising. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
Board member: Rita De Young
Rita is Chief Executive Officer of the CampFire USA Lone Star Council and has worked in the nonprofit sector for over twenty years.
Board member: Caressa Foreman, MBA
Caressa is Sales Forecasting Manager at Mary Kay, Inc. She has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MBA from NYIT and is a Blueprint graduate of the Center for Nonprofit Management.
Board member: Edwina Wright
Edwina is Interim PMO Director for Tenet in the Dell Perot Systems. She has more than
18 years experience with Telecom, government, health care and IT industry program management.
Ex officio Board member & Executive Director: Bette Buschow, MTS
Bette is Resolana's founder and Executive Director. She has developed and implemented programming for women at county jail, state jail, state prison and reentry levels. Bette has a background in corporate middle management and an MTS from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University.

Edith Baker
Edith, a former art gallery owner, is considered to be a “Living Legend” of the Dallas arts community.
Ashley Blackburn, PhD
Ashley is an Asst Professor and Internship Coordinator in the University of North Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
Julien Devereux, LCSW, LCDC
Julien has a private coaching, consulting and clinical practice in Dallas. He served as Director at the Dallas County Judicial Treatment Center in Wilmer, TX for many years.
Shannon Driscoll, MSIS
A former Board member, Shannon received her Masters degree from the University of Texas, Austin, where she studied paper and book conservation. She is part owner of The Center for Art Conservation and teaches paper craft and bookbinding at her studio.
Gayle Embrey, MA, LPC, CACII, RYT
Gayle is a counselor specializing in trauma, addictions and eating disorders. She is also co-CEO of Embrey Interests and Vice President of the Embrey Family Foundation.
Lila Morisee, PhD, LPC, RPT-S
Lila has a PhD in Counseling, with a concentration in Play Therapy and a MEd in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Texas. She is a therapist and creativity consultant. Lila was a founding member of Resolana and is a former Board member.
Joan Rycraft, PhD
Dr Rycraft is an Associate Professor, Associate Dean and Director of the Ph.D Program in the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Rosemary Villasana, CPA
Rose is a CPA with a Masters Degree in Accounting and is currently the Controller for an entrepreneurial company in Dallas. Rose served as Board treasurer for three years before moving to the Advisory Council.
