Resolana has a strong history of leveraging limited resources by developing collaborative relationships.

Resolana collaborates with the Dallas County Jail Inmate Programs Department, Probation (the county Community Corrections and Supervision Department) and Parkland Hospital's Jail Mental Health Team.

Resolana also partners with a number of social service organizations that do various levels of in-reach into the jails. For over four years, therapists from the Family Place have facilitated regular classes for survivors of sexual abuse or victims of domestic violence. The Center for Child Abuse Prevention contributes a six weeks series to Resolana's ongoing parenting classes and participants are eligible for their in-home mentoring program at release.

Resolana also has active partnerships with arts organizations like the Dallas Museum of Art, the Kesheth Dancers and La Reunion TX.

Resolana partners with SMU's Human Rights Education Program, the Criminal Justice Department and the Communications Department at UNT, the School of Management and the Institute for Urban Policy Research at UTDallas, and is affiliated with the School of Social Work at UTArlington. Students in these programs continue to do a variety of service projects, research projects and internships with Resolana.

Resolana also refers women to an expanding network of community agencies who assist the women at reentry through its case management component.
